Engagement: Making it More Than Edubabble—11 AM
Robert Schuetz, Technology Coordinator, IL

One proven method for increasing student engagement is the class discussion. This session will show how Schoology can take class discussions to a whole new level. Attendees will discuss and learn more about factors that increase student engagement in the classroom. We will look at discussions in general, and then look specifically at the features that make Schoology Discussions uber-engaging and helpful to both students and teachers. My written report on this subject can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/16SgsGq5kG9IlWjg2OtTIxO98fDuvSPt7N5D2...
