The Schoology Document Center: More Valuable Resources at Your Fingertips
We are always looking for new and better ways to help you use Schoology more effectively. The launch of the Support Center put the Help Guides, Community Support Forum, Feature Requests, and Support Team Requests right at your fingertips. We also integrated our blog into the platform so you get Schoology news right on your home page.
Well, we decided to take our support another leap forward.
The Schoology Document Center
Now when you're looking through the Help Guides, you'll notice a new section: the Schoology Document Center! Our Professional Development Team put this valuable set of resources together to help you master the Schoology platform.
There are two kinds of resources in our Document Center:
- Release Notes—These are helpful documents designed to get you acquainted with new features. Release notes make it easier for you to get the details of all the most recent Schoology updates in one place. We plan to reset these notes every three months, but you will always have access to them in an archived section.
- Job Aids—These short "how to" documents will cover various workflows and processes meant to help you use Schoology more effectively. Job Aids can be downloaded, printed, and distributed easily as training materials and best practices, so don't hesitate to share them with your peers.
