Last week, we saw how Rod Kirby, the Academic Dean of Cherokee Christian School in Woodstock, GA, sets up his Schoology course for staff observation and evaluation. This week we get to see it in action.

This time in Part II, Rod shows us how he conducts his evaluation. He runs through an example where he's using rubrics while actively observing instructors. You'll see how quick and easily he can evaluate instruction based on learning objectives and even leave personlized comments on each criteria.
