Celebrate Your #SchoologyWIN with Us on Schoology's Sixth Birthday!
Schoology’s birthday is not just our celebration, it’s yours! Our community has accomplished amazing things over the past year, transforming what’s possible and changing the lives of your students and communities. So, as you start your summer vacations, take a moment to celebrate all the accomplishments—large and small—that you’ve made possible using Schoology.

Earlier this year, we asked you to tell us your Schoology story. We got back some incredible responses that seem like a good starting point for sharing other successes:
"Now, I regularly meet with faculty, staff, and students to help them get their Schoology profiles loaded so that they can interact with one another in courses, groups, and sitewide. Even our summer has changed: what was once a lull in our higher ed environment is now a training ground for fall preparations as our users prepare to cultivate community in the fall."
-William, Lancaster Bible College
"Not only do I teach students with special needs how to succeed in school, but I also need to increase their test scores. Usually we have some success with students increasing their scores year to year, but the year I introduced Schoology and the iPads we skyrocketed. I had all eight of the my students pass the Ohio Achievement Assessment with the state considering them on grade level. I loved calling each of my parents telling them the great news. This year is year two of using Schoology with all of my classes and according to my STAR reading assessments, four out of five students have made a years worth of growth or more. One young lady went from a third grade to a sixth grade reading level."
-Melissa, Liberty Benton Middle School
"Like the students, the staff has transitioned to Schoology in growing their own professional practice. Teachers work through courses and earn badges that support the state teacher evaluation process and district evaluation. 100% of our teachers have completed our basic Schoology course and are working on furthering their skills. Courses that revolve around text complexity, google apps, data and assessment are just a few of the choices available for teachers. Schoology helps us deliver, track progress and ultimately provide growth opportunities for teachers who are often unavailable after school or during the day to sit through a workshop. For a school that previously was limited to two staff development days a year, we are thrilled to provide opportunities for teachers that are flexible, provides choice and can be grown each year."
-Christine, Cherokee Trail High School
"Students who had issues losing papers, turning in assignments, or even just missed activities due to tardies have been more successful because Schoology, and more specifically the Schoology app, allows students to work on assignments, complete tasks, and learn anytime and anywhere. In a class where I started with only 50% completion for assignments, I have seen nearly 30% growth and now have 80 to 90% completion on most assignments and exit tickets."
-Tiffany, William Penn High School
Those sound like wins to us. We can't wait to celebrate more—see you online July 9th!
