5 EdTech Haikus to Bring Balance to the End of Your Year

Posted in Community | December 19, 2017

Writing and reading poetry, particularly haikus, can be a cathartic experience. Their thoughtful balance and careful word choice can make even the most poetry averse reader nod in satisfaction or laugh out loud.

That's why we put it to the Schoology Champions to craft edtech haikus to give you peace (and other feels) as we wrap up the year.

5 EdTech Haikus to Bring Balance to the End of Your Year

1.

It is "School Oh Gee"
Not "Skoo All Oh Gee" so, please,
Say it correctly.

- Janelle Hermann, Technology Integrationist

2.

Schoology is cool
My students can't lose their work
And Neither can I

- April Demsko, Social Studies Teacher

3.

A conversation.
Daily, informal, honest.
Get to know each kid.

 - Bobby Leshikar, High School English Teacher

4.

Connecting the world
Eradicating borders
Learning without end

- Sara Johnson, Technology Integration Champion and Broadcast Teacher

5.

When I have to teach,
Schoology is in my reach.
I post content there.

- Cathryn Chellis, Blended Specialist
